INJAZ staff members conducted a meeting at Le Meridien Hotel with Mr. Anand Briedjlal, Strategy Consultant at Accentures located in Brussels-Belgium. During the meeting, Mr. Briedjlal presented to INJAZ staff the evaluation process framework, which was agreed upon with INJAZ management prior to the meeting, and he explained the areas for performance evaluation, the importance of each area and the evaluation scores. Following that, staff members started working on their personal KPI forms that were also formulated prior of the all staff meeting
